3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your testing requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials provided
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide necessary access and documentation for testing purposes

4. Service Delivery

We commit to:

• Delivering services according to agreed-upon schedules
• Maintaining professional standards in all testing activities
• Providing regular updates and reports
• Protecting client confidentiality

5. Intellectual Property

All testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed by VTEST remain our intellectual property. Test results and reports become client property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and testing data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

7. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• Monthly billing for ongoing services
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in our testing services, we cannot guarantee the discovery of all possible software defects. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
